Philosophy

By creating a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship, I work with my clients in a non-judgmental, creative and collaborative environment that fosters the opportunity to create change.  I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to assist you in working through the narrative that has brought you to therapy.  This can include, current and past life experiences, relationship concerns, feelings of ambiguity, 'stuckness', symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. Together, we will work to create better awareness of yourself and create happier and healthier lives .

I have special interest in working with eating disorders, perinatal issues including depression and anxiety during and after pregnancy, pregnancy loss and adjustment to life changes.

I am also a certified substance abuse counselor (CASAC) and have advanced training in eating disorders, Perinatal Mood Disorders (PMADS) and pregnancy related loss, including miscarriage and stillbirth.
